October 3, 2008 Support the Ottawa Senators at reduced prices and help Kanata Soccer earn rewards!

Kanata Soccer has entered as a member of their Group Rewards program.  Our members can purchase discounted tickets online at Capital tickets.   Our code is SENGRPKSC.  

The rewards program awards Kanata Soccer with free Senators gear and tickets based on the number of tickets sold through the Kanata Soccer Group.  Any prizes earned will be used as part of Kanata Soccer fundraising activities - silent auctions, volunteer draws etc.

Wondering what to do with your old jersey and other miscellaneous soccer gear?  Want to put it to good use?

Kanata Soccer is collecting gently used soccer gear, including jerseys, soccer cleats, shinguards, goalie gloves, shorts, socks and soccer balls for underprivileged areas.   Equipment  will be donated to CAYFO, Child and Youth Friendly Ottawa for distribution to under-privileged children in the Ottawa area.

Equipment can be dropped off at the Thunderbird Sports Centre, 1927 Richardson Side Road.

Recently, a number of local teachers travelled to Cambodia.  They took some Kanata Soccer gear with them.  The players didn't care that they didn't match, they were just happy to have real jerseys!
