Junior Kicks - born in 2003 or 2002

Senior Kicks - born in 2001 or 2000

The Junior and Senior Kicks programs are all about individual skill development – both physical and technical – and applying these individual skills in the game environment.  Using a station approach, groups of 6 to 10 players will work with different coaches as they transition through skill training exercises revolving around ball mastery, passing and receiving, finishing and agility, speed and strength.   Using stations allows for the necessary amount of repetition to promote retention while providing variety and fun each session.
