Request for Receipt

All receipts for the 2007 taxation year have been emailed to the address you provided on registration.  If you did not receive your receipt, please contact the Kanata Soccer Office.

 

Issuing Receipts

Your receipt will contain the following information:

• Organization's name and address
• Name of the eligible program or activity
• Total amount received, date received, and the amount that is eligible for the children's fitness tax credit
• Full name of the parent/guardian who registered the child*
• Name of the child and child's year of birth
• Authorized signature. An authorized signature is not required for electronically generated receipts.

*Note:   Revenue Canada has advised us that receipts are to be issued only to the parent/guardian who registered the child.  We are not permitted to "split" the receipt and provide separate receipts to other people who may have paid the registration fees.  This practice follows Revenue Canada procedures regarding payments for child care.
